Right of Cancellation

Consumers, meaning any individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession, have the right to cancel this contract under the following conditions.

Cancellation period

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you and not the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods.

How to cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us by email at hello@sct-store.com within the cancellation period.
A clear statement by email is sufficient. No cancellation form is required.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will provide you by email with the return address and further return instructions.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Return of goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information

Please return the goods in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.

Please do not send returns without prior notice, as the return address will be provided to you by email after your cancellation request.
